The public commission by the Geneva Art Funds is a stunning public art project that reveals new ways of dealing with art and public space.
All together 13 neon artworks by artists are installed on the Plaine de Plainpalais, a huge central city square of 97’000 m2. 11 artworks form the Neon Parallax, 2 were separate commissions. This achieves an artistic parallax between the advertised city lakeside, and the popular cultural district of Geneva
